... some of them are for rent.
Wesley Church contains both meeting facilities and temporary office space
that is available for rent. There is limited office space that is available for
short-term leases. Please contact the church office at 612-871-3585 for information
on availability.
Our Auditorium, Lillibridge Hall, and Dining Room
are available for group meetings, seating between 200 and 2000 people
The Auditorium seats 800 people on the main level and 300-400
people in the balcony for a total of 1200 people.
The seating capacity can be expanded to nearly 2000
people by opening the doors between the auditorium and Lillibridge
Hall, which is adjacent to the auditorium. Both facilities are
on the main level, are handicap accessible, and have a sound system.
As part of the rental fee, Wesley provides a technician to operate
the sound system.
The Dining Room on the lower level
seats up to 200 people and also has a stage. A sound system
can also be provided for this room.
Both Lillibridge hall and the Dining Room can be used
for dining. We can recommended a caterer— the office can provide
you the name and phone number. Also, the UMW can provided limited
refreshment service. The kitchen, which is a full commercial
kitchen, may also be rented for use by your caterer. A dumb waiter
connects the kitchen located on the lower lever with Lillibridge Hall.
Since we are immediately adjacent to
the Minneapolis Convention Center, there is ample parking in their
underground parking ramp, as well as several other parking ramps in
the area, including the Hyatt Hotel and Orchestra Hall parking lots.
